LeAnn Riley has been teaching people the art of Real Estate Investing Made SIMPLE for over 25 years.  Forever in love with real estate, she is an expert at helping people buy, sell, and invest.  An active Realtor, she’s proud to lead the Encore Investment Team with Realty Group in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.

LeAnn created the Proven Profit Formula Coaching Program that helps qualified people get started or scale in real estate investing without fear or confusion. Her proven system of online training and group coaching helps students acquire cash flowing properties quickly. Family is everything to LeAnn. A single mother of two grown children, she lives in Eden Prairie and loves gardening, pickleball, dancing and travel.
