Rafik Moore

As the founding partner of Caspian Group, Rafik believes in building a business which empowers people to reach their highest potential. Having come from humble beginnings, he regularly reminds his team to be respectful and considerate to all, regardless of their financial position or social status. Rafik is a prolific reader who always tries to share the ideas and philosophies he learned to improve the lives of people around him.

Rafik has obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from University of Minnesota in 2001. His experience in financial risk management has started from his first job as a mortgage loan underwriter. He has 16 years of experience in real estate investing and has been involved in over $500 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Rafik’s true strength comes from the depth of experience of his mentors. Rafik credits most of his accomplishments to people who have guided and mentored him, he often quotes Isaac Newton by saying “If I have seen farther, it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants”.

Rafik lives with his wife and three children in Tonka Bay, MN. His hobbies are: fishing, chess and physical exercise. He is a triathlete, who strives to stay in good physical shape.
