Cameron Roy
Cameron Roy left the corporate world to become a full-time real estate investor in early 2020, focusing primarily on multifamily value-add real estate. Since then, he has been able to grow his portfolio to more than 500 units, while helping other investors learn and gain access to the multifamily real estate market. He is the co-founder and managing member of The Common Good Fund which invests in high quality, cash flowing multifamily real estate investments with a community impact. Growing up in a small West Texas town, Cameron started a landscaping company in the 7th grade and ran it through high school. He received his Associates of Commercial Music from South Plains College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University. From there, he wrote a book and immediately married the girl of his dreams. When not working, Cameron enjoys playing golf, volunteering with his church, being with friends, and cheering on his Red Raiders.
