Ellie Perlman

Ellie is a multifamily real estate investor and a syndicator, who owns over 2,000 units across the US, worth over $200MM. Ellie is the Founder and CEO of Blue Lake Capital, a real estate investing firm specializes in multifamily investments, where she helps investors grow their wealth and get double returns by joining her investments. She is also the host of “REady2Scale Real Estate Investing” podcast, as well as a coach and mentor to up and coming multifamily syndicators through her personal 1-on-1 mentoring program.

Ellie graduated from the MBA program at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds Maters in Laws from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. She is an experienced entrepreneur who helped build and scale companies by improving their business operations. Ellie started her career as a commercial real estate lawyer, leading real estate transactions for Africa-Israel – Israel’s largest development company. Later, as a property manager for one of Israel’s most prominent oil and gas companies, she oversaw properties worth over $100MM. At Blue Lake Capital, she opened the door for investors to invest in large multifamily deals they usually don’t have access to, by investing alongside her, and gives investors the opportunity to get high returns with peace of mind.
