Ryan Schroder is the co-founder and owner of VSM Real Estate. He started as an assistant to his father, a local business broker and got his first taste of the brokerage business and investing. From there he took a position as a hotel broker, which amplified the stakes and his overall knowledge of investment real estate. In 2010 Goran Vejzovic and Ryan formed a property management company called “Vejzovic Schroder Management” which they promptly renamed “VSM Real Estate” out of difficulty pronouncing Goran’s last name!
