John Stiles

John Stiles became a licensed Realtor in 2010 and purchased his first
investment property in 2011. From that beginning through 2014, John’s
primary focus was leasing and managing residential rental properties at a
small firm called Urban Enterprises, Inc. John individually oversaw up to
120 rental units around the Twin Cites at one time. Although this is no
longer his focus, this foundation has given John a unique perspective on
buying and selling real estate that he can now share with his clients and
customers.

In 2014 John began to shift his focus to real estate sales by helping several clients grow or reduce their real estate holdings. It was at this time that John developed a love for learning as he began a student of various real estate investing strategies. In 2017 John joined Bridge Realty in Bloomington with the goal of providing VIP-level service to his clients. John has experience in a variety of real estate transactions but currently focuses on apartment buildings with 4-40 units.

John is always looking for ways to bring value to the investment property
community. In the fall of 2019 John started the Maximizing Your Property
Value podcast. The goal of this show is to provide actionable strategies and tools to improve processes and efficiencies for apartment owners.
In 2019, John co-founded the Northstar Real Estate Conference which
is an annual gathering for both experienced and new real estate
investors. This annual conference features both local and national
experts that present on a variety of real estate investing topics.
John lives in South Minneapolis with his wife and four children. Involvement with his local church and family is a high priority for John. When he is not working, John can usually be found on outings to the zoo, parks, camping and other fun activities with his family.
